In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 48 hours of a signed delivery.
We will then offer you either the choice of: (A) An exchange of faulty part or product or (B) Collection with full refund.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM
You have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your products without giving a reason.
Items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Smaller items received via courier delivery can be returned to us the same way.
Larger items will be collected by our transport team for a fee: £30 (England and Wales) £45 (Rest of UK)
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund your money within 3 business days.
