Most of our dining tables require partial assembly, typically attaching the legs or pedestal to the table top to ensure safe transit. Specific requirements are listed on each product page. For larger items, we offer an optional Premium Unpacking and Assembly Service at checkout, where our 2-man crew will set up the table and remove all packaging for you.
All dining tables are delivered unassembled, with the tabletop and frame or legs packaged separately. We can provide packaging dimensions on request. If you are concerned about tight corners, narrow hallways, or stairs, please contact us for an assessment. We may ask you to provide photos or specific measurements of your space to help us advise you. Our delivery team provides Room of Choice service for items over 30kg, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the path is clear and wide enough to accommodate the boxed dimensions.
For solid wood, use a soft, damp microfibre cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or placement near direct heat. For ceramic, warm water with a mild detergent is sufficient. While our ceramic tops are highly scratch and heat resistant, we always recommend using coasters and placemats to protect the finish and maintain the table's appearance over time.
For comfortable movement, we recommend a minimum of 90cm of clearance between the table edge and the nearest wall or furniture. When planning your seating capacity, allow roughly 60cm of width per person along the table. This ensures guests have enough elbow room and can slide their chairs out without restriction or bumping into walls.
All our dining tables are backed by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials. Because we use natural wood for our wooden dining tables, please note that unique characteristics such as minor knots, grain variations, and small movements due to home humidity are considered signs of authentic quality rather than faults and are not covered as defects.
